Regarding Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions (Important)

For guests who have booked a plan with meals: If you have any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat, please inform us in advance.
To ensure your safety and due to the specific procurement situation of ingredients during the New Year holidays, we strictly require notification by the deadline below.

Response Deadline: By 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day before your stay.
※Please understand that we cannot accept requests for additions or changes to allergies or restricted ingredients after this deadline.

For Guests with Breakfast Included Plans

We plan to guide guests to their tables during the following time slots:

Breakfast: 7:30 / 8:30 / 9:30

Please note that if a specific time slot is fully booked, we will guide you to an available time. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding Restaurants Around the Hotel 

We expect it to be very difficult to make reservations on the day of your visit during this period.
We strongly recommend that you contact and book your desired restaurants in advance on your own.

Traffic regulations will be in effect around Ise Grand Shrine as in previous years. Please check the following information before your departure.
