We would like to share important information regarding dining, access, and taxi services for guests staying during the Golden Week holiday period.

Regarding Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions (Important)

For guests who have booked a plan with breakfast: If you have any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat, please inform us in advance. To ensure your safety and due to the specific procurement situation of ingredients, we strictly require notification by the deadline below.

• Response Deadline: By 5:00 PM on the day before your stay.

Please understand that we cannot accept requests for additions or changes to allergies or restricted ingredients after this deadline.

To Guests with Breakfast Included Plans

■ Regarding Breakfast Times
Breakfast will be served during the following time slots:

• 7:30 AM / 8:30 AM / 9:30 AM

If a time slot is fully booked, we will guide you to the remaining available time. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Regarding Local Restaurants

We expect that making same-day reservations at nearby restaurants will be extremely difficult during this period.
We strongly recommend contacting and booking your preferred restaurants in advance on your own.

To Guests Visiting by Car (Traffic Regulations)

As in previous years, traffic regulations will be in effect around the Ise Grand Shrine area.

Regarding Taxi Reservations

During the Golden Week period, booking a taxi may be more difficult than usual.
If you plan to use a taxi before 7:00 AM, we strongly recommend contacting the taxi companies in advance to make a reservation yourself.
